Our strength as an owner-managed, medium-sized company is that we are able to experience a corporate culture of mutual appreciation, quick decision-making, and close customer relationships. How we work

In response to constant change and high market dynamics, we began our transformation into an agile organisation in 2017. Our goal is to secure our competitiveness through flexible adaptation to external conditions. Agile values such as focus, commitment, and courage shape our corporate culture and the way we work together as a team. We work in a customer-centric manner, set priorities, and keep processes as simple as possible.
Using the agile management method OKR (Objectives and Key Results), we set common goals, make progress transparent, and foster self-organised, team-oriented structures.
In this way, we combine our operational business with our strategic vision and ensure that all employees are actively involved in the further development of the company.

Who We Are

In 2002, DIVIS started as a one-man company with a clear mission: to help logistics service providers make their processes simpler, faster, and smarter. Today, we are a team of over 100 employees. With more than 650 installed systems across 23 European countries, we support our customers ‘ daily operations, making us the market leader in our segment.

We develop and deliver turnkey solutions for visual consignment tracking in freight forwarding and parcel handling, as well as in warehouse logistics. Our video solutions provide transparency and make logistical processes more efficient. We offer a full-service approach: from consulting and planning individual system concepts to Installation, Commissioning, and After-Sales & Service.

Our growth is built on teamwork, smart solutions, and close collaboration with our partners. Today, DIVIS is more than a technology provider: we are a strong team working together to shape the future of logistics. We combine technical expertise with hands-on experience to ensure our systems meet our customers’ needs perfectly.
