1. Your application
You can submit your application online via our application form or, alternatively, by email. Once we have received your application, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt, and we will get back to you shortly.
2. Introductory chat with our HR team
If your profile fits, we clarify questions and expectations on both sides in a brief exchange via phone or email, and discuss your motivation as well as important framework conditions in close coordination with the relevant departments.
3. Meeting with the department
The conversation with the department is a first chance to get to know each other. You’ll get an insight into our company, your future team, and your tasks. In an open exchange, we’ll see together if we’re a good fit both professionally and personally. There may also be a meeting at our headquarters in Bordesholm so you can meet the team in person.
4. Your employment contract
Did we inspire each other? Perfect! Then you’ll receive a contract offer from us, and we look forward to welcoming you to the DIVIS team once you accept.
